About
LMBT since 2005
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: stagnation — whether in the mind or the body — is what disrupts the natural flow and ease of our lives. When we're stuck or blocked, that stagnation can grow until it dims our energy and vitality. What first drew me in to bodywork is how powerfully it can release that stagnation and restore movement — not just physically, but in our energy, our mind, and our emotions. That belief is the root of everything I do.
I've studied advanced Thai Massage, Ashiatsu, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point therapy — all of which help unravel blockages and invite flow and ease back into the nervous system. I've built a wide range of techniques, which lets me listen closely to each client with patience, presence, and an eye for what's really going on beneath the surface and customize every session to exactly what their body needs most.
I'm deeply grateful and humbled by all the wise teachers who've shared their knowledge with me along the way. I continue to learn, grow, and flow — for my own benefit, for my clients, and for everyone I encounter.
Through bodywork I believe we can truly feel lighter, move freer, live brighter.
Currently providing sessions in Asheville, NC.
A highly personalized session using deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to target soft tissue restrictions and restore functional mobility. Assisted stretching can be incorporated as needed.
Please wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing for this service. An ancient bodywork practice performed on a floor mat, combining acupressure, passive stretching, and assisted yoga postures to work along the body's energetic pathways (sen lines). The therapist uses both hands and feet to apply pressure and guide movement. Unlike table massage, it uses no oils — just rhythmic compression and stretching — and its floor setup allows for dynamic movement like rocking and pulling. The result: improved flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility, alongside reduced stress and pain.
Translated from Japanese, ashi means "foot" and atsu means "pressure." Ashiatsu uses the broad surface of the therapist's feet to apply deep, consistent pressure and long, flowing strokes that lengthen and relax tight muscles. Performed with the therapist balanced using overhead bars, it delivers deeper, broader pressure than traditional massage, without discomfort, for a deeply relaxing experience.
A holistic session that brings the whole body and mind back into balance. Gentle pressure and long, flowing strokes calm the nervous system, easing stress and inviting deep relaxation. Assisted stretching can be woven in for added release.
A targeted session zeroed in on one or two specific areas of tension — ideal when you need quick, focused relief.
